On a lovely June day in Hawaii Nei, Sandra & Ruben said “I do” & “I love you”!
In the morning of the wedding day the Bride & Groom got ready in separate rooms with their bridesmaids and groomsmen. We often see couples present their wedding party with a gift to thank them for all of their love and support throughout the years, but on Sandra’s wedding day she received a gift from her bridesmaids thanking her for having them be a part of her day! It was such a sweet token from her Bride Tribe!
In the Groom’s room, gifts were also exchanged and the groom’s party got assistance from our APD staff with putting on their boutonnieres! If you, your wedding party, or any family members are going to be wearing a boutonniere on your wedding day make sure that the attire will support the weight of the boutonniere and if you’re not quite sure how to put it on, ask your coordinator for help! They’ll make sure you and your boutonniere look bou-terrific!
After a few hours of getting ready, it was finally time for the first look! On the grand staircase in the Kahala Lobby Sandra & Ruben saw each other for the first time that day! It was a moment filled with teary eyes, and such sweet smiles!
Then following a few photos of ONLY the soon to be newlyweds, their wedding party joined them for a few fun shots that show just how much love & support they have for the couple!
The ceremony took place at the beautiful Plumeria Grove ceremony site. Sandra & Ruben exchanged such sweet vows and sealed them with a kiss! Bubbles floated around them as they made their way down the aisle pronounced as husband and wife!
Following the ceremony the couple and their guests made their way over to Maile Ballroom for cocktail hour and the reception. The rest of the night was filled with touching speeches, wedding traditions like the bouquet & garter toss, and of course dancing!
As it takes many hard working vendors to come together to execute a wedding day, we truly want to thank all of the fantastic individuals that helped to bring Sandra & Ruben’s dream wedding day to life!
