Erica & Michael’s wedding day at the Hyatt Regency Waikiki was the perfect way to begin the new year — filled with heartfelt moments, joyful celebrations, and so much love from the people surrounding them. From emotional first looks to unforgettable reception moments, every part of their day reflected the beautiful connection they share!
The morning began with excitement and anticipation as Erica and Michael got ready for the biggest day of their lives. Erica looked absolutely stunning in her timeless white wedding gown, while Michael looked incredibly handsome in a navy suit paired with a gray bow tie for a classic and elegant look!
Their wedding color palette was beautifully woven throughout the day with soft white florals, lush greenery, and touches of dusty blue creating a romantic and timeless atmosphere. The bridesmaids looked lovely in dusty blue dresses while the groomsmen complemented the palette perfectly in sand-colored suits!
One of the sweetest moments of the day was the couple’s first look inside the bridal suite. As soon as they saw each other, their joy and excitement completely filled the room. The emotions were so genuine and heartfelt — you could truly feel how excited they were to finally become husband and wife!
The couple exchanged vows during a beautiful outdoor ceremony surrounded by family and friends beneath the warm Hawaiian sun. The setting felt romantic, intimate, and full of happiness as loved ones gathered to witness the beginning of their next chapter together!
Guests were thoughtfully provided with fans to help keep cool throughout the touching ceremony, adding both comfort and a sweet detail to the experience. As Erica and Michael shared their vows, there was so much love and emotion in the air. Every glance, smile, and tear reflected the deep connection they share with one another!
The reception kicked off with so much excitement and energy as the wedding party made their grand entrance with choreographed dances that had guests cheering and laughing. Erica and Michael then made an unforgettable entrance of their own accompanied by a lion dance, bringing such a fun and celebratory atmosphere into the evening.
The newlyweds shared a sweet and romantic first dance before moving into emotional parent dances that had everyone smiling through happy tears. Throughout the evening, family and friends shared heartfelt speeches that made it so clear just how loved Erica and Michael are by everyone around them.
One of the most memorable moments of the evening came when Michael serenaded Erica with a beautiful performance of Kolohe Kai’s “Dream Girl.” It was such a heartfelt surprise and a moment filled with so much love and emotion.
The couple also incorporated so many fun and interactive elements for their guests to enjoy throughout the night. From a sticker machine and caricature artists to a lively photo booth, there was always something exciting happening and guests had an incredible time celebrating alongside them.
The celebration continued with cake cutting, games, endless dancing, and a packed dance floor as guests partied the night away together.
