This package was created for the couple seaking a romantic & intimate beach wedding. Most couples choose to go with this package "as is" but "add-ons" are available if desired.

Dynamic Sounds and A Perfect Day recently created a package together to help each couple have the wedding of their dreams without having to sacrifice their budget. The package “Be a Guest at You Own Wedding” is quickly becoming one our most popular packages. A Perfect Day has never created a package with any other vendor in the past because we always knew we would be giving that vendor our reputation which could possibly hurt us in the future. Knowing how hard ALL of our staff have worked throughout the years to create the repuation in the industry that we have, it was crucial to know that through countless events working together, Dynamic Sounds has the same work ethic and high level of service that they hold themselves to so that our reputation is safe and would only get better. We absolutely love how Dynamic Sounds works with and gets to know their couples to truly customize receptions to ensure EACH couple is truly blown away with a reception they never knew was possible and that their guests will never forget! When we know we are working with Dynamic Sounds, we know the couple and all of their guests will have the time of their lives. Do you want your guests to be involved? We started the Planning Group because we understand that organizing a wedding on your own can be a daunting task. Let us help you make the planning process not only seamless, but FUN too! During our class, you'll receive customized guidance from an expert Wedding Planner to steer you in the right direction. The session, which will run at least an hour, is perfect for the couple who doesn't want to, or isn't sure if they should invest a lot of time and money in professional coordination, but could still use use some assistance in creating a smooth and beautiful wedding.

~This is a 2 hour meeting to go over ideas, develop a plan, answer questions, and give recommendations, ideas, and suggestions.

~Unlimited communication with a wedding planner via e-mail ONLY. We will recommend vendors, give tips, answer questions and help you make informed choices (no research included).

~The Timeline is created by compiling vendor contracts, your visions & choices along with A Perfect Day's signature checklists & forms. Each timeline is created by one of our expert coordinators, and specifically: outlined for easy readability, detailed to the minute complete with prep reminders, and segmented to easily assign specific tasks to family & friends. Our timeline are designed to keep you on schedule, avoiding penalties, awkward pauses, and unnecessary lags in your ceremony & reception. You will have phone numbers, item quantities, & specifics on hand in the event of questions or emergencies. You will be able to breathe easy with peace of mind through planning!

~Communication with a wedding planner via phone and e-mail. An unlimited amount of hours for meetings to use throughout the planning process up to 2 days prior. Recommends, contacts, secures, confirms, and follows up with vendors… Secures meetings and price lists. A wedding planner becomes your personal wedding assistant. Rehearsals, ceremony and reception not attended. (Possible vendor discounts may be provided.)

~The total planning time for this package is on average is196 hours.

As dedicated professionals, we'll oversee every detail of your event, delivering the highest level of service and allowing you and your guests to enjoy your day to the fullest. We'll treat you like the king and queen of your wedding, ensuring all of your requests are carried out and that the celebration is all about you and the love you share.

We'll come on board before your actual wedding to meet with you and learn about the plans you've envisioned. We have worked with couples on this package from two years to on week in advance. The moment you become our client, you'll receive customized and unlimited ideas, suggestions, expert advice, vendor recommendations, and vendor referrals. Unlimited means you can contact us as often as you need. After all, we take pride in being available to you and doing what it takes to create the magical event you deserve. On the wedding day itself, we'll be on site from the moment you begin getting ready and will remain until you say you are ready to leave.

~This option is designed for the couples who want to feel the excitement and enjoyment of not only being engaged but the entire planning process from the moment they begin till their wedding day (and hopefully well beyond). Those couples that don’t have the time or want a professional to handle one of the biggest events in their lifetime while having full control would be best suited for this package.
